A great deal!!!
For me, service is everything, and this property definitively fulfill all the expectations in this matter. Rooms fully equiped, continental breakfast, business center, fitness center, pool, and the location is also a plus. Just a great deal.
Fabulous
Fabulous,hotel,clean, and the help gave great service, all the machines in the fitness center work.variety choices in the free breakfast, am going back, close to the Galleria and lots of shopping
Just average
Stayed there just recently. They had booked me in a month earlier and said was a no-show. Did fix it. Rooms are average. Location is best feature of this property - just down the street from the Galleria and near major highway. Do have a free business center with net access.
Nice room, but bad bed
The help that greeted us and checked us in were friendly and helpful. The set-up of the hotel room was great, probably the best feature. in addition the mattress was terrible, and they needed more pillows. The breakfast was good, in addition it ran out and there was no one there to attend to it for the half hour we were in the dining area.
Good room, great value but CONFIRM reservations
This is a nice hotel with gorgeous rooms, in addition was a bit disappointed as our hotel room was double booked for our first night, despite calling to let them know we would be in late! in addition the help did try to make it up to us and the rest of our visit was fine.
